The Great Maple Pumpkin
1-1/2 parts Sugar Island Spiced Rum
1 part Maker’s Mark Bourbon
1/2 part Crown Maple
1 Egg White
1 parts Pedro Ximénez Sherry
1 Spoonful Pumpkin Puree
1 part Cream (or half and half)
Combine all ingredients and dry shake, add ice and shake again; strain in a lowball and garnish with pumpkin spice!

1 part Aperol
1 part Tres Agaves Cocktail-Ready Agave Nectar
3/4 part fresh-squeezed lemon juice
1/2 part fresh-squeezed grapefruit juice
1 edible flower, for garnish

1 part Fresh Lime Juice
1 part Mango juice
5 Slices of Jalapenos
3 shakes of Tapatio

1/2 part simple syrup
2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
2 dashes Orange bitters
1 slice orange rind
1 slice grapefruit rind
