New York Fashion Week came and kicked our well-dressed asses two weeks ago. There were futuristic silhouettes at Alon Livne, body-con kick-pleats at Herve Leger, great danes at Hood By Air, same-sex marriages at Betsey Johnson, bizarre glamour at The Blonds, Mugler-like Madness at Misha, a last-minute venue change at the Teyana Taylor debut, as well as cotton candy and complete hedonism at the Paper Magazine 30th Anniversary party! Valentina Kova was OVAH, Nick Jonas took off his shirt and Michael Costello was major!

There were selfies galore, slips and hiccups on the catwalks, tons of painted dolls sauntering and primping in ready-to-wear frocks, and one model who wasn’t ready-to-walk at the Laurel Dewitt show. XEX’s fashionable editors and correspondents caught it all (including that most harrowing example of “Runway Roadkill”!)
