Last night, LA-based eyewear brand Garrett Leight California Opticalshowcased their Spring/Summer 2014 collection at The Standard East Village Penthouse.
GLCO brought Venice Beach to New York with vibrant terraniums, lush tropical arrangements and laid-back lifestyle photography. Sunny drinks and California Coastal cuisine set the West-coast scene.
Fashion insiders mixed and mingled while experiencing the latest collection. Special collaborations such as Garrett Leight x Boswell (Made in America) and Kinston (Garrett Leight for Mark McNairy) were highlighted on white gallery podiums.
The Spring/Summer 2014 collection featured fresh styles and colors crafted with thin acetate and mineral glass lenses. New technology such as Japanese layered mirror lenses and laser etched filigree brought classic shapes into the future.
